The Strobel SW Balance Board, also sold as the YogaBoard, is a patented, award-winning balance board with a curved underside that gives a three-dimensional balance effect, like being on water on land.
It is made in Germany in Bavaria from BauBuche beech with standing veneers on the top and 3D MDF on the bottom, and it supports yoga, Pilates, functional training and balance exercises. At 178 by 45 by 7 cm it allows full-body exercises like on a mat. Pairs well with more balance boards and protective gear for your training.
