Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped during business days (Sunday - Thursday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days within Saudi Arabia.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

LocoSonix is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to help you in filing a claim to the shipment carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

LocoSonix ships to resident/office addresses within Saudi Arabia using local standard shipping methods.

Incorrect Addresses

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. LocoSonix is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer as well as potential delays due to this.

Multiple Shipments

For orders containing multiple items, we may ship items separately to ensure faster delivery. You will not incur additional shipping charges for multiple shipments.
