Post-Ordering
1. How Can I Track My Order?
- You can track your order through the tracking number sent to you from our online system to either your email or mobile SMS. Usually, the tracking number is sent to you few days later after your order is placed.

3. When Is My Order Going To Arrive?
- It takes 3-5 working days for orders in Saudi Arabia to be delivered. 7-9 working days for other GCC countries. Note that Friday is not counted as a working day

1. What Are The Delivery Charges for Saudi Arabia?
- Delivery is 30 SAR for orders 350 SR and below. The orders above 350 SR qualify for FREE shipping
2. Do You Ship Internationally?
- Currently we only ship to all GCC countries. Including, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait,Qatar, and Oman. We can make exceptions, if you ask.
3. What Should I Do If My Order Hasn't Been Delivered Yet?
